Sam Leonard came to me after an unsuccessful walk-on attempt as a line backer. He was an all area linebacker for my alma mater, Cardinal Mooney, where he led his team in tackles on defense and fronted the run game on offense as a fullback.
We have spent 6 months engraining the long snapper foundation into his daily routine and I am happy to announce that he has made the transformation from a bulk power position focused football player into a finesse skilled athlete. I was blessed to connect him to a few different coaches. He has accepted a full scholarship JUCO offer at New Mexico Military Institute, where he will continue to gain weight/strength and get new updated film to his Long Snapping career. I am confident he will be a D1 Long snapper next year.
